Program description

GetMoreCharters, operated by William Travis Simmons DBA GetMoreCharters, sends transactional SMS messages for private fishing charters booked through getmorecharters.com and partner operator pages such as Don Chingon Charters. Message categories include:

• Booking confirmations and updates
• Deposit and balance payment reminders and receipts
• Pre-trip reminders (meeting time, location, what to bring)
• Weather-related schedule changes and cancellations
• Post-trip receipts and review requests
• Replies from our support team when you message us

Messages are sent from +1 (877) 317-3910 on behalf of Don Chingon Charters via GetMoreCharters and are delivered to US and Mexican mobile numbers.

Most messages in this program are transactional. In addition, we may occasionally text a past guest an offer to book again — only guests who booked with us and opted in receive those. Replying STOP ends all text messages, transactional and rebooking offers alike.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number on the Don Chingon Charters booking form and checking an unchecked SMS consent box next to the phone-number field. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking a charter.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. A typical booking generates 1–5 messages (confirmation, payment reminder, pre-trip reminder, and follow-up).

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages sent to or received from GetMoreCharters. GetMoreCharters does not charge you for SMS.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or reply START.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
