Overview

GetMoreCharters provides a booking and CRM platform that connects customers with independent fishing charter operators. When you book a charter, your contract for the trip itself is with the operator; GetMoreCharters facilitates booking, communications, and payment processing.

Bookings and payment

Prices, deposits, and balance-due amounts are shown at checkout and on your quote page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Deposits and balances are governed by the operator's cancellation and reschedule policies, which are shown before you pay.

Cancellations, reschedules, refunds

Each operator sets their own cancellation and reschedule policy. You'll see the policy on the quote page before confirming payment. Weather cancellations initiated by the captain are typically refundable or rescheduled at no charge.

Communications

By booking, you agree to receive transactional email about your booking. If you provide a mobile phone number and check the unchecked SMS consent box, you also agree to receive booking and trip SMS from Don Chingon Charters via GetMoreCharters as described in our SMS Terms. You can opt out at any time.

Text messages are sent only to customers who entered a mobile number and checked the SMS consent box at booking. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a charter or of using the platform. Message frequency varies, and message/data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to stop all messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, no scraping, no attempts to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Fishing charters involve inherent risks. Operators are responsible for the safety, licensing, and operation of their vessels. GetMoreCharters is not the operator of any vessel. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
